Skilled Trades
Skilled trades professionals carry out essential maintenance, construction and repair work across remote and FIFO sites, keeping operations safe, productive and compliant.
- Roles across metro construction sites, civil projects and FIFO / remote sites.
- Rosters vary from Monday to Friday day-work to 2:1 and 3:1 FIFO swings.
- Casual labour hire, fixed-term project contracts and permanent placements.
- Site inductions, White Card and trade licences are standard requirements.
- Complete construction, installation and maintenance work to specification.
- Read and interpret drawings, plans and job packs.
- Follow SWMS, JSA and site safety procedures at all times.
- Work productively as part of a crew and hand over quality work.
- Trade qualification (electrical, mechanical, boilermaker, carpenter, etc.).
- Current White Card and relevant high-risk work tickets.
- Site experience with a strong safety record.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Two recent trade references.
Support Role
Support roles assist with logistics, administration and coordination across construction and mine sites, ensuring daily operations run safely, efficiently and compliant.
- Site-based and hybrid site/office roles across metro and FIFO projects.
- Predominantly day shifts, with some rostered coverage on larger projects.
- Casual, contract and permanent opportunities available.
- Coordinate site logistics, materials, deliveries and subcontractors.
- Support project admin including timesheets, permits and inductions.
- Maintain accurate site records and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with supervisors, trades and head-office stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a construction, civil or resources support role.
- Strong organisation, communication and MS Office skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced site environment.
- Right to work in Australia.
- White Card and background checks.
- Relevant admin, project support or coordination experience preferred.
