Production & Processing
Production and processing teams operate equipment, monitor systems, and maintain output to keep sites safe, efficient, and compliant.
- Roles are on-site across manufacturing plants, FMCG facilities and processing sites.
- Day, afternoon and night shifts with rotating rosters are common.
- Employment may be casual, contract or permanent depending on the site.
- Site inductions, safety training and evidence of required tickets are standard.
- Operate production and processing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor output, quality and machine performance throughout the shift.
- Complete changeovers, cleaning and basic preventative maintenance.
- Follow GMP, HACCP and WHS standards and complete required paperwork.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, food processing or FMCG production.
- Forklift (LF) licence and other high-risk work tickets where relevant.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Two recent work references.
Quality & Supervision
Quality and supervision teams oversee processes, inspections and performance to keep operations safe, consistent and fully compliant.
- Predominantly on-site across manufacturing and FMCG facilities.
- Permanent and fixed-term contract opportunities available.
- Occasional shift work and after-hours coverage during peak production.
- Lead teams, allocate work and drive daily production targets.
- Conduct quality inspections and manage non-conformance reporting.
- Coach operators on GMP, HACCP, food safety and WHS standards.
- Report on KPIs, downtime and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven leadership in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO).
- Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Background and reference checks.
- Relevant trade, quality or leadership qualifications preferred.
