    Camp Services (NPI Support)

    Camp services teams manage facilities, utilities, catering and maintenance to keep remote sites safe, liveable and compliant.

    • FIFO and DIDO rosters across remote mining and civil camps.
    • Common swings include 2:1, 8:6 and 14:7.
    • Casual, fixed-term and permanent placements available.
    • Site inductions, food safety and WHS training as standard.
    • Provide catering, cleaning, laundry and general camp support services.
    • Maintain facilities, utilities and camp amenities to site standards.
    • Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures at all times.
    • Support the wellbeing and daily needs of on-site personnel.
    • Prior experience in remote camp, hospitality or facilities roles.
    • Food safety and manual handling certifications where required.
    • Reliable, adaptable and comfortable working in a remote environment.
    • Right to work in Australia.
    • Pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
    • Two recent work references.

    Operators (Mobile Plant)

    Mobile plant operators run heavy equipment for excavation, haulage and earthworks, keeping site operations safe, efficient and reliable.

    • FIFO and residential roles across mining and civil projects.
    • Day and night shift rotations on rostered swings.
    • Casual labour hire, fixed-term project contracts and permanent roles.
    • Verification of competency (VOC) on nominated machines is standard.
    • Operate haul trucks, dozers, excavators, loaders and graders safely.
    • Complete pre-starts, maintain machine condition and report faults.
    • Follow site traffic management, JSA and SWMS requirements.
    • Meet production targets while working to safety and quality standards.
    • Relevant tickets (HR/MC licence, high-risk work licences, VOCs).
    • Demonstrated experience on mine or civil sites.
    • Strong safety record and situational awareness.
    • Right to work in Australia.
    • Pre-employment medical, D&A and functional assessment.
    • Two recent work references and verifiable site experience.

    Supervisory & Technical

    Supervisory and technical roles oversee crews, manage site operations and provide specialised expertise to maintain safety, efficiency and compliance.

    • FIFO, DIDO and residential opportunities across Australia.
    • Permanent, fixed-term and contract placements.
    • Shift and roster patterns dictated by project needs.
    • Lead crews, allocate tasks and drive daily production and safety outcomes.
    • Interpret drawings, plans and technical specifications.
    • Coach and mentor operators, tradespeople and support staff.
    • Report on KPIs, incidents, quality and continuous improvement.
    • Trade, engineering or supervisory qualifications relevant to the discipline.
    • Proven leadership on mining and/or civil projects.
    • Strong communication, planning and stakeholder-management skills.
    • Right to work in Australia.
    • Background, reference and medical checks.
    • Frontline safety qualifications (e.g. G2/S1/S2, S3) preferred where relevant.
