    Oil & Gas

    What we do

We make it easy for oil and gas operators and contractors to build compliant, site-ready teams. Our specialists handle screening, tickets and fitness-for-work checks before anyone mobilises, so you get people who can start safely from day one. Flexible placements let you scale crews for a shutdown campaign and wind back down afterwards, without carrying the overhead in between.

“RPA mobilised a full shutdown crew to our gas facility on short notice, all ticketed and compliant, and the turnaround finished on schedule.”
