Construction & Installation
Construction and installation crews build solar farms, wind farms and battery storage projects, taking sites from earthworks through to mechanical completion.
- FIFO, DIDO and camp-based rosters on regional project sites.
- Project-length engagements with ramp-up and demobilisation phases.
- Casual labour hire, fixed-term project contracts and permanent roles.
- White card, working at heights and site inductions as standard.
- Install piles, tracker frames, panels and module strings to specification.
- Support crane lifts, turbine component handling and rigging tasks.
- Complete civil works, cable trenching and site access preparation.
- Work to JSA, SWMS and site traffic management requirements.
- Prior experience on renewables, civil or large construction projects.
- Working at heights, EWP or rigging tickets where relevant.
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work on regional sites.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol and functional assessment.
- Two recent work references.
Electrical & Commissioning
Electrical and commissioning teams terminate, test and energise generation assets, proving systems are safe and ready to export power to the grid.
- FIFO and residential roles across generation and transmission projects.
- Contract and permanent placements aligned to commissioning milestones.
- Day and night shift work during energisation and testing windows.
- Terminate, test and commission LV and HV electrical systems.
- Support inverter, transformer and substation installation works.
- Complete switching, isolation and access permits under supervision.
- Record test results and close out commissioning documentation.
- A grade electrical licence, with HV switching tickets where required.
- Experience commissioning solar, wind, BESS or substation assets.
- Strong fault-finding skills and attention to documentation.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Electrical licence and tickets verified before mobilisation.
- Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol and reference checks.
Operations & Maintenance
Operations and maintenance teams keep renewable assets generating, servicing turbines, solar plant and storage systems to maximise availability.
- Residential and FIFO roles across operating wind and solar farms.
- Permanent and fixed-term placements with on-call rotations.
- Roster patterns set by asset location and availability targets.
- Carry out scheduled servicing and unplanned repairs on generation plant.
- Perform turbine climbs, blade inspections and gearbox or converter works.
- Diagnose faults across SCADA, inverters and balance-of-plant systems.
- Maintain accurate service records, defects and spares usage.
- Electrical or mechanical trade qualification.
- Wind turbine, solar or BESS maintenance experience.
- GWO or equivalent training and rescue tickets where relevant.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol and fitness-for-work screening.
- Trade certificates and current tickets verified before mobilisation.
