Drivers
Drivers (FIFO) transport personnel, equipment and materials to keep remote operations moving safely, efficiently and in full compliance.
- FIFO and residential driving roles across mine and civil sites.
- Day and night rosters on 2:1, 8:6 and other common swings.
- Casual labour hire, fixed-term and permanent placements.
- Site inductions and verification of competency required on nominated vehicles.
- Safely operate light vehicles, buses, tippers or service trucks on site.
- Complete pre-starts, load checks and daily maintenance reports.
- Follow site traffic management plans and journey management procedures.
- Support crews with the safe movement of people, plant and materials.
- Current HR, HC or MC licence as required.
- Prior mine-site or FIFO driving experience.
- Strong safety record and clear driving history.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Two recent work references and verifiable driving history.
Heavy Haulage
Heavy haulage drivers (FIFO) operate road trains and specialised transport to move large loads safely, efficiently and in full compliance across remote operations.
- FIFO and long-haul roles servicing mining and resources projects.
- Rotating day/night rosters with extended swings common.
- Casual, fixed-term contract and permanent opportunities.
- Fatigue management, chain of responsibility and load restraint training standard.
- Operate road trains, low loaders and specialised heavy haulage combinations.
- Plan and execute journeys in line with fatigue and chain of responsibility rules.
- Complete pre-starts, load restraint checks and compliance paperwork.
- Deliver oversize / overmass loads safely and on schedule.
- Current MC licence with road train and multi-combination experience.
- Understanding of NHVR, chain of responsibility and fatigue laws.
- Proven remote and long-haul driving record.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Pre-employment medical, D&A screening and driving history check.
- Two recent employer references from heavy haulage roles.
